What were your thoughts on the new San Pedro tourist bus this summer? Was the service helpful? Would you continue to use it next year? If the answer is yes, then does it need improving?
The pilot project for the bus came to a close on Sunday 2nd September and San Pedro officials have now released a satisfaction survey to gain feedback on the pioneering initiative. The Mayor’s Office is looking for constructive criticism from locals and visitors who used the bus during July and August 2018, to provide helpful suggestions relating to improvements and continuance of the service.
The enterprise was set up to provide a free transport line that would connect the town centre and hotel areas with the beach and paseo. The temporary route was up and running for 38 days and it provided a helpful way of transporting people to the beachfront to enjoy the sea and all the amenities available on the promenade.
Now San Pedro council would like your thoughts on the service so that it can adjust routes and schedules to meet the needs of users and offer an improved service next time it is in operation.
Participants are being asked via a questionnaire to assess all aspects of the tourist bus, including the general service, its cleanliness, punctuality and the professionalism of the drivers. Additionally passengers need to complete questions relating to personal usage, ticket prices, regularity of schedule and how they found out about the service.
There is only a short time left to add your thoughts and comments to those already received by the Mayor’s office as the deadline to complete the survey is Monday 10th September. So if you think that the tourist bus was another great facility for the San Pedro community then make sure your voice is also heard!
Survey closes: 10th September 2018!
