Holi Colors festival returns to San Pedro – this time in day-glo hues!

The Holi Colors festival is returning to San Pedro and all the fun, flying colours and music can be enjoyed at a venue located next to the Teresa de León School to the east side of the town. This year the event will unfurl in a new fluorescent edition ‘Holi Colors-Flúor Edition’ and it will take place on 6th October between the hours of 19hrs and 02hrs the following morning.

Last week the San Pedro Mayor’s Office hosted a special presentation to welcome the festival and to offer reduced tickets to the celebrations, to registered voters in the area. The reception was led by the Deputy Mayor, Rafael Piña; the official councillor for youth in San Pedro, Gema Midón; and the marketing director of Holi Colors, Rafael Fernández.

Midón expressed the town’s appreciation and excitement about the return of Holi Colors by thanking the organisers for choosing San Pedro Alcántara as a host town again. The councillor also underlined the commitment and hard work of her department to provide worthwhile activities for the younger residents of the town by stating “we have been working for three years to host quality events like this one in San Pedro.”

The night of Holi Colors-Flúor Edition in San Pedro will see live performances from DJs, musicians and dance groups and there also promises to be some additional surprises – so excited ticket holders should expect some interesting crowd participation!

San Pedro Alcántara is the first host for ‘Holi Colors-Flúor Edition’ and the event on 6th October kicks off a national tour of the colorful festival in Spain.
